TECHNO-Injection 201

TECHNO-Injection 201 is a dual component, slow reacting, elastic, polyurethane based injection resin. It hardens by the reaction of bothA and B components as well as with water or moisture in the environment.

TECHNO-Injection 201 is a injection product for ductile filling of cracks, voids and interstices in concrete according to EN 1504-5.

TECHNO-Injection 202

TECHNO-Injection 202 is a dual component, urethane based injection resin, for injection of small bearing water cracks and fissures within concrete and brickwork structures.

TECHNO-Injection 202 hardens by the reaction of both A and B components as well as with water or moisture in the environment.

TECHNO-Injection 202 is a particularly elastic and flexible injection product that maintains its elasticity down to temperatures of -35°C.

TECHNO-Injection 202 P

TECHNO-Injection 202 P is a two component injection resin based on polyurethane, which is used for injection of water bearing cracks in concrete and brickwork.

TECHNO-Injection 202 P cures during reaction of A and B component as well as while getting in contact with water at injection.

TECHNO-Injection 202 P penetrates well into structures to be sealed. Upcoming water gets mostlyforced out due to the viscous and hydrophobic mixture. At borders of resin/water the mixturedevelops stable and elastic foam.

TECHNO-Injection 202 LV

TECHNO-Injection 202 LV is a low-viscous two-component injection resin based on polyurethane, which is employed for the injecting of dry, wet and pressure-less water-bearing cracks in concrete and brickwork.

TECHNO-Injection 202 LV hardens through reaction of the A and B-component, as well as through reaction with water in the injection area.

TECHNO-Injection 202 LV is a special product for brickwork injection (pore and capillary tube backfilling)and for crack injection, especially for injection of hairline cracks.

TECHNO-Injection 210

TECHNO-Injection 210 is a single-component injection resin on polyurethane base, which is employed for stopping water ingress, for stopping flowing water in combination with acrylate gel grouting, for ground and rock hardening, as well as for numerous other sealing requirements in civil and mining engineering and in tunnel construction.
TECHNO-Injection 210 reacts with the water present in the injection area with strong foam formation.
With the addition of up to 10% TECHNO-Injection 210 Catalyst to the TECHNO-Injection 210 polyurethane resin, the potlife can be reduced. 

TECHNO-Injection 220

TECNO-Injection 220 is a Single component semi elastic polyurethane injection resin for sealing of cracks in concrete.

TECHNO-Injection 220 is a fast-reacting, single-component polyurethane-based injection resin, ideal for stopping water penetration and as a concrete injection product for ductile filling of wet and water flowing cracks in concrete structures in building, civil engineering and tunnel construction according to EN 1505-5. 

TECHNO-Injection 220 reacts to existing water in the area of injection with a intensive production of foam. 

TECHNO-Injection 230

TECNO-Injection 230 is a Single component elastic polyurethane injection resin for Permanent sealing of cracks in concrete.

TECHNO-Injection 230 is a fast-reacting, single-component polyurethane-based injection resin, ideal for stopping water penetration and as a concrete injection product for ductile filling of wet and water flowing cracks in concrete structures in building, civil engineering and tunnel construction according to EN 1505-5. 

TECHNO-Injection 230 reacts to existing water in the area of injection with a intensive production of foam. The resulting foam has a closed cell structure, is highly flexible, permanent  and extremely tear resistant. 

TECHNO-Injection 270

TECHNO-Injection 270 injection is a fast reacting, structural injection resin for waterproofing and stabilization, based on non-foaming Polyurethane with a high bonding property, and very high compressive 

Applications 

  • Consolidate dry and water-bearing rock
  • Seals water inflows from rock, soil or cracks in concrete and brickwork
  • Closes cracks and fissures in the rock during tunneling and prevents water flow along the tunnel axis
  • Slab lifting 
  • Force-locking injection in concrete and masonry

TECHNO-Injection 270 F

TECHNO-Injection 270 F is a highly reactive, rigid, two-component injection resin based on polyurethane for waterproofing and stabilization of water bearing structures.

TECHNO-Injection 270 F penetrates well into structures to be sealed. Upcoming water gets mostly forced out due to the viscous and hydrophobic mixture. 

TECHNO-Injection 270 F is used for stabilization and solidification of water bearing rocks, ground, sand as well as for stopping in rushing water in tunnels, shafts, dams and other building structures made from concrete or brickwork.

TECHNO-Injection 270 L

TECHNO-Injection 270 L is a slow-hardening, rigid, two-component injection resin based on polyurethane for waterproofing and stabilization of water bearing structures.

TECHNO-Injection 270 L is an injection resin with variable reaction time which can be adjusted by adding the catalyst.

TECHNO-Injection 270 L penetrates well into structures to be sealed upcoming water gets mostly forced out due to the viscous and hydrophobic mixture. 

TECHNO-Injection 270 L is used for stabilization and solidification of water bearing rocks, ground, sand as well as for stopping in rushing water in tunnels, shafts, dams and other building structures made from concrete or brickwork and as a concrete injection product for force transmitting filling of cracks.

TECHNO-Injection 270 SL

TECHNO-Injection 270 SL is injection resin based on Polyurethane, which is used for:

Slab Lifting, backfilling of pockets and gaps respectively for stabilization in building construction, tunneling, civil engineering and underground work.

Filling of big joints and at the same time stabilization of dry und wet gravel aggregate beds,

sealing of breakouts respectively pipe routs and cable channels and stopping of water breakthroughs in case of cracks, working joints as well as prefabricated concrete parts.

TECHNO-Injection 270 SL is a fast reacting resin with rapid tendency to foam development, which creates after reaction a press water tight sealing. It becomes solid and in the time elastic with heat-insulating ability.

TECHNO-Injection 270 TX

TECHNO-Injection 270 TX is a thixotropic agent for the fast reacting injection resins TECHNO-Injection 270 and TECHNO-Injection 270 F based on polyurethane.

TECHNO-Injection 270 TX is added to the individual component A and increase the thickness of injection resin after reacting with component B.

TECHNO-Injection 270 TX is particularly used for stopping of fast-flowing water.

TECHNO-Clean 200

TECHNO-Clean 200 is a single-component cleaning agent on multi-solvents base, which is employed for cleaning polyurethan injection pumps internal and external parts without harm plastics and rubber gaskets.
