TECHNO-Plug is a one component, cementitious, very fast setting repair mortar and water plug based on special cement in a shrinkage compensating cement blend, fillers and additives to control the rheology and setting time. The material when mixed with water develops a very rapid set and gain in early compressive strength. 

It is specifically designed for water stop and fast repair applications. The setting time is within 2 minutes to 5 minutes and the early strength gain can achieve up to 12 MPa within 3 hours. The mixed plugging mortar is easily placed by hand and is extremely stable under pressure. The placed plug is shrinkage compensated and will fill all gaps to prevent water ingress.

TECHNO-Plug has good chemical and mechanical resistance in addition to adhesive bond to concrete and other construction materials. 

TECHNO-Plug is an excellent fast setting repair mortar instantly stops running water seepage in concrete or masonry structures and permanently plugs non-moving cracks, joints and voids.

TECHNO-Plug P is a high performance hydraulic binder based on natural cement, modified with selected mineral additives. This is to improve the microstructure as well as the physicochemical and mechanical properties of the hydration products to suit structural purposes and rapid applications.

TECHNO-Plug P has a quick and adjustable setting as well as rapid hardening, high initial strength, long term strength, waterproofing, Non – Shrink, high resistance to chemicals with pH ≥ 4.

TECHNO-Plug P has High adhesion to steel reinforcement, concrete and most construction substrates. Autogenous healing: any pores or cracks are automatically filled as a result of the hydration process. Carbonation resistant, therefore optimum protection is provided for steel reinforcement against corrosion.Nontoxic, suitable to be in contact with potable water.

TECHNO-Proof 107 is a Two component, highly flexible waterproofing slurry for concrete and masonry based on a blend of cement and special binders, siliceous graded fillers, additives (part A) and modified acrylic polymer (part B).

After mixing part A with part B it will produce workable slurry that can be applied by brush or trowel. 

TECHNO-Proof 107 complies with the requirements of standard: EN 14891 as Liquid-applied water impermeable product class CM01P
